Peaceful living, in harmony with nature.
Alaukik Resort is a terraced mountainside of dome-shaped retreats — built low, built curved, and built to disappear into the land they sit on.
Built into the mountain, not on top of it.
Alaukik Resort rises from the mountainside in a series of hand-shaped terraces, each one holding a small cluster of dome retreats built to follow the contour of the land rather than reshape it.
The architecture takes its cue from centuries of terrace farming in the surrounding hills — low profiles, curved roofs, and natural materials that keep every structure quiet against the view.
There is little to do here on purpose. The mountain, the light, and the silence are the amenities.
"Alaukik — a Sanskrit word for what lies beyond the ordinary, the everyday, the expected."
Everything here earns its place.
No amenity list padded for length — just the things that make a mountain stay worth taking.
Scenic Views
Every dome faces outward, framing the terraced valley and the ridgeline beyond.
Nature Trails
Marked paths thread through the terraces and into the forest edge above the resort.
Unique Dome Accommodations
Each retreat is a hand-built dome — naturally insulated, curved, and built low to the terrace.
Open-Air Meditation Decks
Quiet, covered platforms set into the upper terrace for morning practice or stillness.
Farm-to-Table Dining
Meals drawn from the terrace gardens and nearby valley farms, served simply.
Stargazing Terraces
Minimal light, high elevation, and open sky over the top terrace after dark.
The terraces, the domes, the site.
